My labor lasted 36h in total. I know they say it is between 4-24h but I wanted to be legendary! 4th of May I started panting and I constantly moved a round the house because I felt uncomfortable. My human slept with me in the living room because she thought it will happen at night time. Guess what?! I did not think so. 5th of May morning I wanted to make a nest in the basement because there is a lovely part with sand that I enjoy so I felt like this could be a perfect fit for me. My human did not think so, I still wonder why?! Well okay, I understand they handmade me my maturity station and it would have been nice to deliver puppies there. So in the end I did it only for them you know. Another thing people say is that during labor there should be something easy to clean under the dog but seriously I am a lady and I am not going to sit on some plastic bag or something else. I haven't written anything almost a year now but my life has changed a lot and I just have to let the world know. I am a mum now. I have 4 pretty puppies. 2 boys and 2 girls. As my humans call them: Välk; Täiskrae; Poolkrae and Stringi. Names come from the signs they have on their necks. Anyway lets start from the beginning. Me  & Benji, our mating took place between 4th and 6th March 2017 but the first test run we did already on the 2nd March - didn't work at the first time though. Our babies saw the daylight on the 60th day of my  pregnancy, 5th of May, which was also my human's birthday, but the counting of days may not be accurate because the actual mating and gestation can differ up to seven days. During heat time first week is the week when nobody can come near me. I am relatively defensive at every possible dog in the whole world. I enjoyed to look out of the window from the sofa.. Today we finally gave it away and I hope these people use my work of art well. I tried my best you know! The end of my sleeping area.. Now I have even bigger sleeping area.

  These last days have been hard for me. I spent my night at the hospital and it turns out I have a bone pice in my tummy. At first they took blood samples but I did not want to stay there and give it so I made half of the doctors table bloody. Didn't work though and they still took what they needed. I tried to escape Xray table too so in the end there was 3 people holding me against the table. Awful!!!  I also did not like to sleep there IN THE CAGE but the medicine they gave me made me feel less pain and my inflammation markers went down too. I am sure they were planning to keep me there for one more night but my people came to rescue me. We even got to go for a long walk and after one more Xray I could go home. I can sleep at my place again :) I still have one more Xray in the morning but I don't think they will make a surgery because already today the pice was smaller. I really need to be fine tomorrow because I am organizing a party on Saturday and I am not going to mi...

Remember this? The sofa has a new look now It took TWO days to finish making a cover and pillows for our white sofa I still don't understand why they felt the sofa can't stay white. They somehow connect it back  to me..

My favorite park has got sand cover now. I and my friends were so happy to see that because we love sand. Our people like it too because then we are not mud cakes and we do not need a shower that often. I almost wanted to through a party for this sand cover. Imagine that now, it is second day with the sand and two ladies with labradors come in. One of them starts to complain to another: "omg, sand, name of the dog, don't play there, please!" I thought this was weird but who am I to tell, right?! Gets even worse. The dog pooped in the middle of the sand and the lady starts to complain that she can't go to the sand and pick it up because then sand comes in to her boots. This was the moment when me and my human were shocked like seriously. How is it possible that your winter boots protect you from rain and snow but sand is not doable?!! I don't have words enough to describe my amusement..

I have been a  very good girl because my first Christmas present arrived yesterday. New any ladylike name tag. Red as I like and with little crystals on it. Pretty! Came with a fancy envelope. My whole family was pleased with Ebay this time. Truly warm shopping experience :)
